1.1.3 — 1.1.3 Release 2026-09-02
  • New functionality: Availability Panel
    • A new Availability panel is available on the Daybook, Employee Timeline and Fleet Timeline. It slides in beside the calendar so you can check who and what is free without losing your place.
    • Open it from the Availability button in the toolbar, or from the new pull-tab on the edge of the screen.
    • Every employee and vehicle is colour coded for the dates you are viewing, and can be opened up to show the bookings behind it.
    • Search the panel by name, group, type or registration to find an Employee/Fleet quickly.
    • The panel stays where you left it as you move between the Daybook and the timelines, and refreshes on its own whenever you save a change.
    • On smaller screens it opens from the bottom of the page instead, so the calendar stays readable.
  • New functionality: Editing Allocations From the Calendar
    • Opening an event now shows an editable list of its allocations, so employees and fleet can be reassigned without leaving the calendar.
    • Anyone already booked elsewhere on those dates is highlighted as you pick them, so clashes are visible before you save.
    • Fleet options follow the group and type the contract asks for.
  • New functionality: Movement Orders
    • Quotes and contracts can now record movement orders, each with an order number, expiry date and notes.
    • Add and edit them in the new Movement Orders section on the add and edit pages for both quotes and contracts, above Employees & Fleet. An order number is required.
    • Movement orders are listed on the contract Overview page.
    • A badge on the calendar item in the Daybook and timelines shows their status at a glance - green while in date, amber within 5 days of expiry, and red once expired - with the full list inside the event details.
    • Converting a quote to a contract carries its movement orders across. Copying a quote or contract starts with none, because the copy has no fleet assigned to it yet.
  • Daybook and Allocations Improvements
    • Search now looks across the whole event - title, notes, employees and fleet - instead of the title alone, and works the same way on the Daybook, Employee Timeline and Fleet Timeline.
    • Employee and fleet dropdowns can be searched by name, group, type or registration.
    • Event details now open in a wider window, laid out in up to three columns and stacking down to one on mobile.
    • All-day events are labelled as such rather than showing 00:00 start and end times.
    • Email addresses in the event details can be clicked to start an email.
    • Details window now has a Close button, and longer ones scroll with the title and buttons kept in view.
    • The Availability panel is on the Allocations screen too, and follows the contract's own hire dates while a contract is open.
    • Clicking a contract number now opens the same details view used in the Daybook, including its movement orders and the editable allocations list.
    • The Employee and Fleet columns have been tidied up, with hover text for anything too long to fit, and the unused End Time column removed.
    • Dropdowns open faster on busy schedules and show "Loading..." while they fetch, so out of date options are never shown.
  • Bug Fixes
    • Fixed dates on allocations and movement orders shifting by a day in some cases.
    • Fixed a saved list of movement orders or Employees & Fleet being lost when one row was left without a date.
    • Fixed the "Missing Required Fields" message on the Add Contract, Edit Contract and Edit Quote pages naming internal field names instead of the field labels shown on screen.
    • Fixed dropdowns holding on to an old selection after the values behind them had changed.
    • Fixed some items showing two hover tips at once. Hover help now behaves the same across the site and can be reached with the keyboard.

  • Daybook updates
    • Updates to employee and fleet daybook views to ensure allocations are shown only where applicable to the relevant employee or fleet assigned, even for partial assignments rather than entire contracts.
    • Daybook range selection for days view has been updated along with the rest of the daybook header tools to allow a clearer spacing for both desktop and mobile viewing.
    • General UX improvements across the Daybook
    • Updated the UX design to fit the smaller display screens better.
      • Updated Search bar for mobile screens to extend below to allow for an always-visible search bar.
      • Updated Button text and icons.
      • + Event icon now gone, now new hoverable, or static on mobile option for clicking/tapping a cell to add new event, including double bookings, from the employee/fleet views.
  • Allocation Section Improvements
    • Allocation now allows you to modify Employee and Fleet information after the Timesheet has already been sent down to the employee's mobile device.
  • General Bug fixes and improvements
    • Clicking 'Go to Contract' button on the allocation page will now take you to the Contract Overview page.
    • Fixed issue where the Email field for Edit Employees was editable, which was causing some issues.
    • Fixed issues where typing an already existing email for the Employee would allow the page to submit but not create a new employee
    • Added new functionality to check and alert the user if an employee email is already in use before submission.
    • Fixed issue where you could type letters into the telephone number field in the employee section.
    • Fixed issue for the Employee Timesheets where the submission timestamp was showing 00:00

  • New Mobile Design

  • Contract timesheet updates
    • Added the ability to edit and update timesheet records for Contract Timesheets

    • Added extra filtering to Employee timesheet section to allow for easier date range filtering.
    • New Functionality: Added the functionality to allow exporting Employee Timesheets to CSV.
  • New View: Contract Overview Page
    • A new section has been added under the Contract section, now any contracts which have been converted to an allocation will now take you to the new Contract Overview page where you will be able to see information about the contracts current progress and see the fleet and employees assigned to the contract, this area will also contain a list of timesheets to allow you to see all the Employee and Contract Timesheets in one place.
  • New functionality: Hire Contract Timesheets Rollup
    • We have developed a new functionality under the contract section for those contracts which are already in progress or completed which will allow you to create a PDF which will take all the information from the contract and the timesheets and create a PDF export in a clean and readable format
